Just talked to my friend who follows the rumors, and apparently it could be announced this week. But the previous info I read said they would likely move Greg Davis to another position in the athletic department, and bring in someone high profile...basically an Offensive Muschamp.

yeah that makes sense - I'd be surprised if he just retired or went to another team since he's been with Mack for so long.
